At Citadel, we are always striving to make improvements. From our innovative therapeutic programs to our state of the art medical services, our goal is to provide an unparalleled standard of care.

Join us as we reflect on an eventful month!

Our most recent Arts & Crafts project was working on an adult coloring book. A bit more challenging than children’s coloring books, adult coloring books have more intricate designs and can take hours to complete.

While they are indeed entertaining, taking the time to complete one can be great for reducing stress, lowering anxiety levels, and even helping to achieve a meditative state.

To celebrate Valentine’s Day, our amazing recreation staff decided to do something a little different by creating a one-of-a-kind photo booth.

Taking the photos was only part of the fun, as the finished products were framed and placed around the facility for all to enjoy.

Glee filled the air as the Kingsbridge Glee Club met to rehearse their latest musical number.

Members of the club all take votes on which songs they’d like to sing and take time throughout the week to meet and practice. Once a song is mastered, the glee club will treat us all to a special performance.
