A typical Tai Chi group session includes soothing music, guided movements, and feedback from Nicola.
Happy Hour Karaoke is something that many look forward to throughout the week.
Brave residents and staff have the chance to take center stage and sing along to a song of their choosing. All may participate, but those who prefer not to sing can enjoy a delicious array of happy hour refreshments.
